What’s an “AI turn”?
One message to Velo and its reply. The daily count resets at your local midnight.
What happens when I hit the daily cap?
Soft pause on included turns — top up the prepaid wallet for overflow (especially voice and bulk ops), or wait for midnight. Auto-refill is opt-in in Billing settings.
Is there a free plan?
No permanent Free tier. Entry is a 14-day no-card trial with daily caps. When it ends you keep view + export (read-only) until you subscribe.
Can I run more than one client?
Yes. Every plan has unlimited clients. Seats, boards, documents, and AI usage are what scale as you move up plans.
How does billing work?
Monthly subscription plus an optional prepaid wallet. Change or cancel anytime from Billing settings. Cancelled plans go read-only at period end — your data is never deleted for that.
